I called the hotline for offset and it said we dnt owe anything. WMR TT 203 with a ddd of 02/14. Reason for the offset? Anyway of knowing amount refunded if any?
No, unfortunately, there is no way of knowing the exact amount of the refund until it is actually released by the IRS. If you called the FMS (1-800-304-3107) and it does not have an offset on record for you, the TT 203 may just be a mistake.
i have this issue today and the IRS is saying they don't see any offsets nor does TOP see anything. bank says my amount is way different than what i was supposed to get.
