Are these two W-2s for different payments/wages? For example, is one of them for sick pay (disability) and the other for normal wages?

Yes i have 2 W2 with two different payments,thanks for answer me,and helping me:)

Since these W-2s  reported different earnings (and are not duplicates), enter both of them in TurboTax.
