Call the number on the back of your card, or check your account online. 

It could be pending, or it could be a phishing email.

It wasn’t an email it was a notification from the app 

Did u get a notification saying it will be available on the 15

Honestly I just sar the notification and clicked it but when I look at my card it doesn’t say I have anything pending 

I got one from intuit saying a deposit os 1200 will be available by apr 15

I also got a notification for my turbo card app saying my deposit of $1200 will be posted on the 15th of April this month and I did not get an email

The IRS is acting independently.  They do not inform TurboTax about the deposit.

I still aint got no pending on my TurboTax card so I don't know but some guys saying the 15

As I said.  We don't have that information here.  If we can confirm anything we will let you know.

So we will get our stimulus loaded onto our turbo cards?

I can’t understand how turbo tax is advising people to use their services and saying you will get your  stimulus check through them but haven’t gotten any word from the irs! H&R Block is loading checks on there cards as they have made an announcement, Jackson Hewitt, as well as other companies and as I read in a comment the expert said the irs is acting independently. Not sure if I’m ever filing with turbo tax again. In such a hard time we can’t get the answers we need in a company we trust and have to keep asking the same question. I feel like I’m in the dark! 

Turbo Card and Stimulus Deposits - What you need to know

In order to deliver money as quickly as possible to those who need it, the IRS is sending stimulus payments to eligible taxpayers who filed a tax return in either 2019 or 2018 and chose to receive their refund via direct deposit into their checking account.  These taxpayers will automatically have their stimulus payment deposited into the account they received their refund.

We have not yet received confirmation from the IRS on whether they will be putting stimulus payments on prepaid debit cards.  However, we have noticed that the IRS has started depositing stimulus payments on some prepaid debit cards for taxpayers that chose to receive their refund through that method in tax year 2019 or 2018.  If you received your refund on a prepaid debit card in tax year 2019 or 2018, here is what you need to know:

• I have access to my debit card: If you have access to your debit card (most people), there is nothing more you need to do.  If the IRS deposits a stimulus payment onto your prepaid debit card, you will be able to immediately use the stimulus funds upon deposit.
• I don’t have access to my debit card: If you received a notification that you will be receiving your stimulus payment from the IRS on your prepaid debit card and no longer have access to it, we will have information coming shortly.  We encourage you to visit this site, where we are continually updating with the latest information and guidance. We know everyone is anxious to get their stimulus money and we are committed to helping our customers get access to their stimulus payment as fast as possible.
