My son preparer entered his birthday wrong for 2017 taxes and his taxes were rejected. How can I get a copy of his 2017 tax return as they have also been rejected this year as well

After you file

First he should try to get a copy of the return from the preparer. You can get a copy of a transcript showing most of the important tax return information by using the  Get Transcript tool at IRS.gov. Finally, if he must have an actual copy of the tax return, the fee per copy is $50. Complete and mail Form 4506 to request a copy of the tax return.
