IM NOT UNDERSTANDING... HAVE THEY ALREADY BEEN MAILED OR DO I NEED TO MAIL THEM MYSELF

Yes, you do. If you choose the "file by mail" option to file your tax return you will need to print and mail the forms yourself. Please see the TurboTax FAQ below for instructions on how to print and file by mail your tax return:
