Administration has asked teachers to mentor stutdents after school. We do not get any compensation for this and is "expected". Can I deduct this? If so how much?

After you file
The IRS does not allow a deduction for your time and labor "donated", but you can deduct any out of pocket expenses up to $250 incurred for your mentoring as an Educator deduction if you are mentoring K-12 students .
