I am unable to fill out a Rent Certificate because I had no official residence after my divorce left me homeless, therefore I cannot file state taxes.

Wisconsin, I deleted everything and that certificate continues to pop up and will not allow me to complete my taxes, it is absolutely infuriating.

Did you try deleting the entire Wisconsin return and doing it over from scratch? I will look into how the Wisconsin section works to see where this question comes up.

I suggest that you try deleting the Wisconsin return and starting it over from scratch. If you can't do that, you can delete the Schedule H that is in your WI return.
- Go to My Account at the top of your screen. From the drop-down, choose Tools.
- In the Tools Center, choose Delete A Form (see screenshot).
- In Review Form List, scroll down to the Wisconsin return, find the Schedule H and choose Delete .
- On the screen Delete Selected Form, select Delete. After the screen Form Successfully Deleted, go back to the forms list, and verify that the form has been deleted. Check your tax return to verify that the result is correct.
