I recieved an email stating box 12 of my return was incomplete. I'm certain I filled everything out properly but I guess that's not the case. Do I need to amend or should I be alright?
I received the same email. Did you input the information yourself or did you upload? I inputed the information myself and thought I had entered everything correctly. I have yet to get a definitive answer as to why I am incorrect or what to do.
I had entered everything manually and even double checked it to be safe. This is all just too frustrating especially if it needs to be amended! It means we're going to have to wait even longer now for our refunds!
