It is showing as available now.   Are you in Maryland by any chance and are you sure you need Form 8582? 

Some Maryland TurboTax customers are experiencing an issue when completing the review of their taxes. When reviewing their tax information, Form 8582 is generated with a message stating “??Check this entry - Form 8582: Activity description - This form is not ready to be filed due a change in the federal form. It should be available soon.”

We’re currently working to resolve this inconvenient issue.

February 3rd. Still not fixed. Please let me know when this issue is fixed. I'm sure I am not needing the form. I am also a Maryland resident.

February 5th and still waiting for this, says the form is ready but still gives errors for MD.

What is the hold up...  apparently you can file MD separately but if you already paid for turbotax you're throwing money out.

Yes I’ve already paid! And they were rejected cuz of my agi number. I had a amended return last year and went off the original returns number. So it let me file earlier and now all of a sudden I’m getting this stupid form popping up. I don’t get it! How long can this possibly take? I really need the money asap!

Please let me know when Form 8582 is fix.

Mixed messages across the board. Why is this from even in my state return? I do not have any rental income?

I have had the same issue. I spent an hour on the phone and it is still not resolved. Form 8582 does not apply to me..MD resident 

I am having issues with this tonight 02/04/2022, it’s the only thing stopping me from filing. I’ve tried to go past it several times and it keeps making me do this fix but it won’t even show you where the form is on any tab. How can we bypass this?

Any update on this?  Your customer service doesnt seem to know what to do either. Spent almost 30 mintues going back and forth and being on hold.  This is VERY annoying seeing that I already paid for state. I too am a MD resident.
