Same problem as others have reported. Trying to load TurboTax 2018 premier edition and told installer not found. Also can't access prior year programs.

Purchased CD just like many past years. First time with a problem. No matter what I do, can't access the program or prior years. I checked all permissions and seem to be correct.

Contact Customer Service if you can't resolve the situation; they will push you a download, since you have already purchased the program.
