Look in Box 12 of your W-2.  This is where your employer reports things like medical savings account contributions, insurance things, etc.  There could be several sub-boxes  (12a, b, c, etc) there with different letter codes in each (A, B, C, D etc) and the code just identifies what kind of item it is.
