Hi,
I keep going to search> jump to form 8938, and I keep entering my foreign account info (which takes a lot of time). Then I press "done" in the end.
When I jump back to the 8938 form, everything is gone and it asks me "Do you have any foreign account" with the default option of No.
Please help. This has wasted several hours for me. Looks like it is solved in the offline version, but for some reason, I have to talk to a customer service person over the phone to get this .. and they are putting me on hold for hours and hours. Please help!
