State Tax filing

I’m having trouble completing my state tax filing do to this area (screenshot below) not being completed. I’m not understanding how to complete it.

CA Form 3554 is for New Employment Credit. If you are claiming this credit, you will need to enter the ID of the claimant. If it's you, then your SSN. If it's an entity, then either federal EIN or CA corp ID.

If you do not need this form and are not claiming this credit, you can delete it. Use the Help Article to see the steps.
