Turbotax used my personal banking information on my return to withdraw their fees and caused several additional fees instead of waiting for my refund.

when you agreed to pay your fees through your federal refund you also agreed to pay from your bank a/c if your refund wasn't received timely. TT would have sent you emails about the issue before proceeding. contact TT support to see if they'll do anything.
