Whether or not you can use TurboTax to file a return will depend on how you are classified for tax purposes.   TurboTax can only prepare returns for US citizens and "resident aliens for tax purposes."   It cannot prepare returns for non-resident aliens since it cannot prepare Form 1040NR/NR-EZ.

What is your situation?   Were you in the USA and had income here in 2019?   If so, when did you first come to the USA, and how long have you been here?   What visa were/are you under?    From what country?
