In your Turbo Tax account, in the status section, you will see if it had been SUBMITTED and what the figure is you need to send. So the status section will allow you see if your return actually went through. If there are more steps for you to do to complete the filing process,  it will advise that to you, and where to go to finalize it. Hope this helps.
