To find deductions in TurboTax Online,

1. Click the Federal tab in the left pane
2. Click the Deductions & Credits tab above

You should be able to see all deductions and credits available by category.  Note that with some, you may need to click the Show more dropdown on the right for all options.

I need to see info input in income area. System is asking me to complete information for a 1099R and I don’t know if one was omitted and if so which one.  I have used Turbo tax for 30 years and this edition is very user “un ”friendly.  It should have taken me less than a half hour and had to stop out of frustration!

The input would be under the Federal income section as follows: 

1. Select Income & Expenses 
2. Scroll down to All Income 
3. Select show more to the right of Retirement Plans & Social Security 
4. Select start/revisit to the right of IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R)
5. Review your 1099-R information in this section as it applies to each 1099-R form reported
