No.  Unemployment is paid in certain instances when you lose your job/work for any reason.  To be eligible for disability, you must be sick or injured with something that qualifies you as disabled either short or long term.  You can possibly receive compensation for both unemployment and disability.  I believe the tax treatment of the two is different, however.
