I am married I have worked under my married name and under my maiden name as well my tax returns are under both my married name and my maiden names how do I file?
No matter what is on the W-2s you will ONLY use the name that is currently on your SS card on the tax return. having different names on different forms is immaterial as long as they all have the same SS#.
