Do i have to file a w2 if it is under certain amount

My husband has a 1099g and 2 W2's. The W2's are small amounts and I remember in the past not having to file if under a certain amount. What are the minimum filing requirements?

You must report all income, no matter how small. Any income that is more than 49 cents is reportable and taxable.
