I see that the Educational Credits Form 8863 is available and can be filed now, but my Turbo Tax account says Ready soon. Why am I not able to file yet on turbo tax?

Thanks for this! I did try deleting the form but it would not remove the form from my account.

I was able to delete it by going to the section within the turbotax application and deleting it from there.
