Yes, you can include medical insurance for yourself, your spouse and dependents, and any child who was under age 27 even if they were not your dependent. You'll find more details here: https://www.irs.gov/newsroom/dont-miss-the-health-insurance-deduction-if-youre-self-employed
Congress may of course change all this, but any changes shouldn't affect tax year 2017.
