after 2008, and you owned it and used it as your main home
for at least 36 months beginning on the purchase date, you
don't have to repay any of the credit or file Form 5405.In all other cases, you aren't required to file Form 5405.
Instead, enter the repayment on Form 1040, line 60b, or
Form 1040NR, line 59b,

You don't want entries on that line (60b). An entry would mean you are repaying the credit and you should not be. If you are filling out the sale of home worksheet, there is no question that addresses the Homebuyer Credit.

I'm not sure what you are asking. If you are stating that you bought your house in 2009 or 2010 and still have it until 2016, you are correct in that it was your main home until 2016, then you are correct that you do not have to repay the credit. What other forms do you want to fill out.
