It's quite possible you will receive a refund this year even though you usually have to pay.  Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 made significant changes to the tax code that benefit many tax payers.  The tax rates have been reduced, and the Standard Deductions have increased significantly.  It's impossible to say for sure without having a lot more information about your return than can be shared in this public forum.
