If I lived somewhere for part of the year and do not plan on moving back, when on the estimated page do I just put 0 for all estimated amounts because I don't live there?

You don't have to do anything with the estimated page. Just leave everything blank.

If you do not live there and do not anticipate owing any estimated taxes for 2019, then you can ignore that part.
