It's not possible to complete a prior year return with TurboTax Online. You can only do this on a TurboTax desktop version.

• ·         Go to https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

  ·         On the top right click Product & Pricing

  ·         Hover over Products & Pricing and select Previous Years Products

  ·         Click on Buy  Now for each desired year
