What is the difference between the forms 140 and 140v?
I was wondering the difference between the 140 and the 140v tax forms. To my understanding, I have to mail in the "payment voucher", which I am assuming is the 140v along with the payment to the Department of Revenue that it specifies in the 140v. But, what about the actual 140 form, that also has a place to sign at the bottom? Is the 140 just for my records? (I live in Arizona.)
Thanks!

Get your taxes done using TurboTax
You are correct about the 140V.
If you e-filed your AZ return, keep the printout for your records.
If you didn't e-file your return, mail it in before April 18, along with your AZ 140.
