If I e-filed both federal & state and both were rejected, can i refile without paying state fee again? Will refiling count aginst my number of free e-files?

Yes, there will not be an additional charge to attempt the filing again once you correct the items causing rejection. This is considered the same transmission.

The refiling will not count double towards your free E-Files. This is also considered the same transmission.
