Social Security Benefits reported to you on the pink Form SSA-1099 should be entered in TurboTax since they may or may not be taxable depending on your situation.

1. Sign In - Continue your return
   
2. Go to Search (top right), then type the exact phrase 'SSA-1099' into Ask your question or search TurboTax.
3. TurboTax asks: 'Did you receive any Social Security benefits?' answer yes  
   

TurboTax will automatically calculate what portion of your Social Security benefits, if any, are taxable.
