HELP!!! How to acquire my electronic filing pin to efile my returns if I did not create one and the tax preparer doesn't remember what was given? Filing Jointly!

We filed jointly 2016 and do not have our transcript. We need to obtain a 5 digit electronic code used to file 2016 and also can't locate the AGI to enter for verification purposes.
