Try this procedure:

Here's how to enter donations:

1. To enter a new items donation, click on Manage Donations for the year you want to enter.

2. Click on Add Items then click on the Category and the Sub Category if needed.

3. Enter the quantity of items in the high or medium value box and click on Submit.

4. Enter the date & enter the charity from the drop down box (or add a charity) and click on Save.

5. To add another item, click on Edit beside the donation then click on Add more items to this donation.

6. Enter the next item, click on Submit then click on Save.

7. Continue clicking on Edit and the subsequent steps until you are finished.

If the Save button does not appear when you need to click it, click on the white space and it should appear.

TurbotTax has received many complaints about the new version of It's Deductible and is working on an improved version. They have not given a date when the new version will be completed. In the meantime, if you want to get back to the classic version of It's Deductible to make entries,

Click this link: https://itsdeductibleonline.intuit.com/Logout.htm

The page will show that you are logged out. At the top of the page is a small sign-in button.

Click sign-in and use your ItsDeductible login credentials to get access to the classic version of your account.

You may need to log off the new version before logging in to the classic version.
