Exercising options at a privately held company

I am an employee at a privately held company. In 2016 I did the following:

- exercised my vested options (which then gave me shares)
- sold some of the shares and received some income from this

note: all options are ISO

My company will be sending the IRS a form 3921, but my question is:
1. Where do I enter the information pertaining to the exercising of the options? i.e. the information that my company will send the IRS through form 3921

2. Where do I enter the information for selling the shares and receiving income from that?

Get your taxes done using TurboTax

You'll enter the sale of the stock using the "Stocks, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other" interview.  If you use the ISO step by step process you'll be asked to enter the Form 3921 in that interview.

You'll tell TurboTax about the shares that you exercised and did no sell using the "ISO Exercise and Hold" interview.  That interview, too, will ask for Form 3921 information.

Where can I find "Stocks, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other"? and where can I find the ISO Exercise and Hold section?

Both are under the "Investment Income" section under the "Wages & Income" tab.  Of course I'm taking you at your word that you're using online TurboTax Premier.  Online products below Premier don't have the "Stocks, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other" interview.  I don't know if lower versions have the "ISO Exercise and Hold" interview or not.
