I had answered that I wanted to pay the whole tax burden on 4/18/2017, then when I printed the report, it stated I was scheduled for 4 payments?

The 4 payment vouchers you are seeing are for making quarterly estimated tax payments for your 2017 taxes. They are not for your 2016 taxes due.
