Form 8379 for 2017 was processed by IRS. I need to correct form 8379 for 2017 with different allocation amounts. Do i just send the new form and write CORRECTED on top?
Be sure to attach a
cover letter to the form explaining that this is an amended Form 8379, and, on
the form itself, in the blank space at the top, I'd suggest writing
"Amended."
