I could not save my tax file when done for the day. The error message was " can not find file".
The solution was to:
1. go to windows defender, Manage Ransomware PRotection
2.make sure Control folder access is OFF
3. Save file
4 Click on' allow an app through controlled folder access"
5 Select turbo tax
6. turn Control folder access ON to secure your computer
