In general, when you see an error reported on the federal or state review, you should not make the correction to the worksheet in the review (even though it is right there and it seems that you should be able to), but you should return to the original place in the return to make the correction.

I do not know which zip code is being referred to here, but go back to your My Info or Personal Info section or your W-2 or whatever and make the corrections.
