Yes.  You can pay your balance due directly through the IRS Website here: https://www.irs.gov/payments.

If you also owe State Taxes, please click here and choose your particular State: State Tax Department Contact Info.

Thank you Turbo Tax Rachel W.  I'm not sure why when I filed through turbo tax it wouldn't let me make the payment using my bank account, but the irs.gov payment site sure took my money.  Thank you for the help.
