Why was i charged a fee for free services and why was it deducted from my bank account without my knowledge or approval?? u left my with no money..im unemployed

According  to the icon showing here, you used Deluxe, which is not free.  It seems you chose to receive your refund by direct deposit and to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund, so that's what happened.  If you read your withdrawal contract fully, you will see that w can deduct our fees if your refund is late.  You are very clearly and repeatedly informed about this when doing your return.  There are no circumstances under which money is withdrawn without authorization.
