The child tax credit rules for 2021 tax returns were unique to tax year 2021; you could receive the CTC even if you did not have any income earned from working. And a child could be 17 (under 18).

That will not be the case for tax year 2022 and 2023. The rules revert back to the requirement to have income earned from working in order to receive the refundable part of the CTC. If you do not have at least $2500 of income from working you will not get the CTC or the additional child tax credit. And the age cutoff went back to under 17 (not 18).

Does this include my income from disability ?

What is odd is I made 2,841. from my part time job alone.  wouldn't that make me qualified for the full child tax credit?

The disability income is not used for income in regards to the child tax credit.  Since you had $2,500 or more taxable income from work you are eligible for the Child Tax Credit.  However, the credit will be minimal since your income is low.

Use the IRS Interactive Assistant to find how much of the CTC you are eligible to receive - https://www.irs.gov/help/ita/does-my-childdependent-qualify-for-the-child-tax-credit-or-the-credit-f...
