Why did I get charged $150.00 for turbo tax when it was only to cost $49? And each time I logged in my refund amount went down. Why?

I cannot see your personal account because it is confidential. I can only guess here as to what the charges would be. I see you filed using TurboTax Deluxe. With TurboTax Deluxe, there is the program cost, in addition to a fee for filing state. In addition to that, you could have opted to pay those fees using your refund, which also costs a fee, or opted in to one of the optional upgrades.
