Where are the pages that say Electronic Filing which includes payment arrangements?

My state and federal returns were accepted. In my downloaded documents there are no pages with Electronic Filing information and payment, which I thought I made payments on both state and federal.

Is there any way to resign the electronic signatures? I included my middle name on the electronic signature for the 1040 form but did not include it on the 8897 form.
