Wisconsin resident income tax forms are available now. Remember that you cannot file a state income tax return until your federal return has been accepted through TurboTax.

It does depend on what tax forms are in your WI tax return though..

Some WI forms are not scheduled to be ready until 1/30/2020, and others, not until 02/06/2020 .

So you really need to determine which of your forms are causing a hangup...if any. Check the WI Forms & dates here (and dates could change) :
