When I log into the state of Oregon websight it shows a balance owing to me. Does this mean they have completed processing my returm?

Is the amount of the balance due the same as your calculated refund? If so it is a reasonable assumption they have processed your return, If the amount is different, ????

I started filing with Turbotax, but completed my taxes with HRBlock. I got it done on time, I am covered. Is there a way to cancel the process I started with y'all?
