What should I do? I looked up my return status. It says I done have anything filed. I paid for turbo to file it for me and on my turbo account it says accepted.

Did you e-file your tax return and was it accepted?  

You complete your tax return by finishing all 3 Steps in the File section.  In Step 3, to e-file your tax return, you must click on the large Orange button labeled "Transmit my returns now".  

After completing the File section and e-filing your tax return you will receive two emails from TurboTax.  The first email when your tax return was transmitted and the second email when the tax return has either been accepted or rejected.

Use this TurboTax website to check the status of an e-filed return and if it was either accepted or rejected -

If accepted by the IRS use the federal tax refund website to check the refund status -

What should I do? I looked up my return status. It says I done have anything filed. I paid for turbo to file it for me and on my turbo account it says accepted.

The federal one was accepted, processed and paid. It is the state one I’m trying to figure out. On turbo it says the state accepted it, I got the email from turbo it said accepted too. And was changed for filing it. If I look up the refund status on the state site it says not processed cuz they don’t have anything to process. I got a anti fraud letter in the mail and sent the proof needed before April 15th. They have had it for a good 20 days now. I filed in February too.

Well all you can do is wait ... the state has the return and they will process it in their own good time.  You may try to call them but I would not waste too many hours doing so.
