Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies?
A full or corrupted cache can cause problems in TurboTax, so sometimes you need to clear your cache (that is, remove these temporary files).

Each browser has a slightly different method for deleting cookies. Choose the browser you're using:
if you're still not able to import your 1099-R, you may need to enter it manually. Select Type it in myself and proceed.
Add/Delete Form 1099-R:
- Open your return (if not already open).
- Enter "1099r" in the Search box.
- Click on "jump to 1099r" link.
- Enter you information manually.
