So you prepared your 2018 return in a new Online account, but have prior returns in another online account?

Are you able to sign into the old account?  If so, when you try to download a prior return, does it ask you to pay?  
 If that's the case, and if you have paid for a 2018 online return in the new account, we can tell you how to phone TurboTax Support to ask them to unlock the returns in the old account.

Or are you unable to sign into the old account, and need to know how to regain access and log in?

I can sign into the other TT account but it won't let me download the 2017 return unless I pay first via that account. I have already paid to file in the new TT account. How do I get a refund; can't get a live human? I will need to start all over.  Is there an email?

TurboTax Support is not open on Sunday.  I can tell you what to do, once you explain more.  We're part way they there.

As I said above, we can tell you how to phone Support and ask them to unlock the returns in the other account.  You won't have to pay again.

Are you trying to get the 2017 AGI in order to efile?   If so, you may be able to get that now.  I'll tell you how.

That's confusing.   Why do you think you need to start over?   You have not said anything so far that would require one to start over.

If all you need is the 2017 AGI, there should be a free link in the old account to get it.

Log in and go to the section "Your Tax Returns & Documents".  Expand that section and choose 2017.  Then look for a link "View adjusted gross income (AGI.)"

Otherwise, we can tell you how to phone TurboTax Support tomorrow to unlock the other returns.

Here's how to reach TurboTax Support to tell them that you've paid in one account but have locked returns in another account.

If their phone system asks for your User ID, use the one for the PAID account so you can get through to Support.  When following the steps in the FAQ below, do it from inside your PAID account, or by using the phone number listed in the FAQ.
