Two return have been rejected in transmission due to the AGI or PIN being incorrect. I have double and triple checked them and they are correct!! Suggestions?

Two return have been rejected in transmission due to the AGI or PIN being incorrect. I have double and triple checked them and they are correct!! Suggestions?
I have submitted the return twice with rejection. I put the federal on my credit card and the state to be withdrawn from my checking if i mail them in do i need to submit with a check or will they use the payment method i chose?

The feds & state have no payment info since the returns did not go thru ... if you mail in the return send payment with the 1040 or go online at <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://www.irs.gov/payments">www.irs.gov/payments</a>

Send a copy of the rejection email with the return and postmark the return by Friday to be considered timely filed and avoid penalties.
