TurboTax says I didn't file a return with them in either 2017 or 2018.
TurboTax says I didn't file a return with them in either 2017 or 2018. I have the file to prove it for 2018 and the correspondence emails from both years. How can I obtain a copy of my 2017 return? and YES, I logged in with the ONLY username I have.

If you used the Desktop CD/Download program installed on your computer then the only copy is on that computer and your online account won't know about the Desktop program. Desktop and online versions don't sync or update each other.
