I am trying to use the online version and have the 2022 desktop version on my computer, with last year's TT desktop file saved. When I click on the transfer option it does not give me the option to import.

Thanks for the reply, but wow, I can't believe this bug. I had already entered all my personal info and all W2s, but decided it would be better to start over with last year's information. So now not only did I lose the 2 hours of work I did yesterday, but now I can't even import my critical info from last year?
And taxes are due in 2 weeks with this bug still there... I'm beyond frustrated...
