The pay with refund not working and keep asking for credit card when I’m getting a refund.

Here are some reasons why you might not be able to use the "Pay with My Refund" option in TurboTax and TurboTax is requesting a credit card:

1. Federal Refund Amount: Your federal refund must be enough to cover your TurboTax fees. It is only based on federal not state.
2. US Address: You must have a US address.
3. E-filing Requirement: You have to e-file your return.
4. Bank Account Name: The name on the bank account needs to match the name on the tax return.
5. Account Hold: Your account might be on a billing hold. Try logging out and waiting up to 24 hours for the hold to release.
